Impact Dogs is family owned and operated.  Matt Cox oversees day to day operations, Manages all aspects of the business including, Training, Breeding and our Boarding Hotel.  he is also our primary dog trainer. 

Megan, his wife,  oversees the majority of the puppy and boarding dog care.  She primarily manages our marketing, puppy sales, client communication and is our puppy photographer.

Our daughters, Makennah and Savannah are our main puppy snugglers.  They play an intricate role in preparing our puppies for their families by making sure they are well played with, snuggled with, get the adequate exercise they need and are used to being around children.    They also are our models for our weekly photo updates.

Hally:  Obedience Trainer, Communication Specialist

Hally began training dogs as a child in 4H and has brought her passion of dogs and training to impact dogs.  Outside of work, hally enjoys Hally is our dog trainer she grew up competing with dogs in 4H as well as assisted as a trainer in group settings prior to coming to Impact dogs.  She is also Companion Home for Deja (one of our upcoming breeding females).
